Description
This is an antique handmade gown from the pre-1890s, featuring a royal peacock brocade silk fabric ( I was told that peacock feathers were supposedly a sign of royalty) adorned with glass beads and pearls. The dress is petite-sized and has a tiny waist. The gown is of museum quality and is an original piece from the gilded age. This gown was from a wealthy relative of one of the first families to have settled New England. This is a stunning antique heirloom and will make a great addition to any ones collection. Please feel free to ask any questions and I will do my best to try and. answer them.
