This has not been tested, sold as is. For parts/repair. I picked this up from a guy who buys storage units. He bought the unit of what looked like a contractor/electrician, tons of tools & gear. This came straight from the storage unit, no testing has been done at all. Best to assume it does not work and should be used for parts/repair. It might work but it's a gamble.
